Free Shipping Shipping Worldwide 
All Orders will be sent free of cost to you via a recorded and insured delivery service.

Add Tracking Number

You can add a tracking number to your order at checkout for an additional fee. The tracking number will be emailed to you along with the shipping confirmation.

Delivery Times

Delivery times can vary and are not guaranteed but below is a guide to when you can expect your order to arrive from the date of ordering. 

It's always best that you let us know when your special day is so we can check to see if we can make it to your timeline. 

Orders delivered to Ireland 

Allow between 2-7 working days for arrival. VAT is inclusive in the ticket price.

Orders delivered to the UK

Allow between 2-7 working days for arrival. Import customs/tax & related charges will be at the expense of the purchaser.

Orders delivered to the Rest of Europe 

Allow between 6-14 days for arrival. VAT is inclusive in the ticket price.

Orders delivered to the Rest of the World - USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand

Allow between 6-14 days for arrival.

Add Rush Dispatch Service

Please make sure to message us BEFORE purchasing this option so we can confirm the date needed by.

This listing is a service fee for having your order moved to the top of our list so that the processing time gets shortened to 1-2 business days.

It covers any extra cost in having to make a last minute item, such as; taking an extra trip to the post office, working outside of business hours, re organisation of schedule etc. But DOES NOT cover any faster shipping upgrades you may want to purchase additionally.

Special Dates and Public Holidays

Please note these estimates exclude Public Holidays. 

If you need your order to arrive by a specific date please contact us prior to ordering to confirm this is possible. We will endeavour to do our very best to accommodate special delivery requests. Please note we are not liable for any customs duty that may be applicable on international deliveries.

Christmas Holiday Cut-off

For a safe bet orders arrive in time for the Christmas Season - please be sure to make your order by November 30th.

All of our jewellery and headpieces are delivered in beautiful and 100% sustainable gift box and tissue paper wrapping, ready for gift-giving. 

Refund and Exchange Policy

What are Jules Bridal's Returns/ Exchange/ Refund Policy?

After decades being in the jewellery business, I'm confident to speak on behalf of our quality but if you don't get what you expected, please do not hesitate to contact for our Returns and Exchange Policy. I'm sure we can work something out.

Under our 30-Day Refund and Exchange Policy (for orders placed prior to 8th Feb 2024 only) 

We are happy to accept the return of items providing they are returned unworn and in original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt of goods. We recommend that returned items are sent via a tracked shipping as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive. 

Refunds (for orders placed prior to 8th Feb 2024 only)
Refunds will be processed via the original order payment method.
Exchanges (for orders placed prior to 8th Feb 2024 only)

Items may also be exchanged for an item of equal or higher value. Please include a note with your choice of exchange and we will contact you to confirm.

Processing Time

Refunds and Exchanges are processed as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days.

Exclusions

Any item returned in an unsalable condition (unless they arrived damaged by shipping), is not eligible for any Returns or Exchanges.

Lingerie and Garters, due to its sensitive nature and hygienic reasons, is not eligible for any Returns or Exchanges.  Bespoke or Commissioned Designs, due to time spent and custom nature, is not eligible for any Returns or Exchanges.

Restocking Fee

Items that are returned not in their original packaging will be subject to a re-stocking fee at our discretion.

Right to refuse service

Why did I suddenly get a refund from my order?

If we do not think we can make your order in a manner that passes our standards due to time, availability or for whatever reason, we may choose to refuse service. Refund of your payment will be processed as soon as possible.
