Delivery Costs & Times
How long will it take for my order to arrive and how much will shipping cost?
Free Shipping Worldwide on all orders. Your tracking number will be emailed to you along with the shipping confirmation.
Delivery times can vary and are not guaranteed but below is a guide to when you can expect your order to arrive from the date of ordering:
Orders delivered to Ireland - allow between 6-12 working days for arrival.
Orders delivered to the UK - allow between 6-12 working days for arrival. Anticipate delays due to Brexit. Please note all import customs/VAT/tax & related charges will be at the expense of the purchaser unless written otherwise.
Orders delivered to the Rest of Europe - allow between 10-21 days for arrival.
Orders delivered to the USA & Australia - allow between 10-25 days for arrival.
You can add a tracking number to your order at checkout for a flat rate fee of €6.
If you need your order to arrive by a specific date please contact us prior to ordering to confirm this is possible. We will endeavour to do our very best to accommodate special delivery requests. Please note we are not liable for any customs duty that may be applicable.

All of our jewellery and headpieces are delivered in beautiful and 100% sustainable gift box and tissue paper wrapping, ready for gift-giving or keeping all for yourself.
30-Day Returns and Exchange Policy
What are Jules Bridal's Returns/ Exchange/ Refund Policy?
After decades being in the jewellery business, I'm confident to speak on behalf of our quality but if you don't get what you expected, please do not hesitate to contact for our Exchange Policy. I'm sure we can work something out.
Under our 30-Day Exchange Policy, we are happy to accept the return of unsuitable items providing they are returned unworn and in original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt of goods. We recommend that returned items are sent via a recorded method as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive. Exchanges will be processed via the original order payment method (either Debit/Credit Card or PayPal).
Exchanges are processed as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days.
Refunds are processed as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days only for the very rare occurrence of items that arrive broken upon arrival.
Lingerie and Garters, due to its sensitive nature and hygienic reasons, is not eligible for any Returns or Exchanges. Bespoke or Custom-made orders and Pierced Earrings, due to time and hygienic reasons, are excluded from our returns policy.
Items that are returned not in their original packaging and/or in an unsalable condition will be subject to a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
Physical Showroom Available
Can I visit your Dublin showroom?
Our physical showroom is closed for the foreseeable future but I sincerely hope you enjoy our online boutique.
As much as I enjoyed dressing up each truly lovely and beautiful bride who visit us at our showroom, I have decided to move on from the showroom set up to a private studio. When I am not traveling and looking for inspiration and new trinkets for our brides, I find joy spending quality time with my husband or playing in the playground with our daughter and pursue my new passions of jewellery making and abstract art.
