"We were married on August 15th 2016 and had our reception at Angler’s Rest. We were so impressed by the level of care we received from the very first meeting with the venue’s wedding coordinator Noeleen right up until the day itself. Noeleen helped us to plan a very personal day for ourselves and our family. The food was exceptional and our guests from both home and abroad could not compliment the waitstaff and the bar staff enough. The venue was simply beautiful on the day, decorated with flowers which matched our theme. Many of our guests from both Ireland and overseas told us it was one of the best wedding celebrations they had ever attended. We would strongly recommend Angler’s Rest to couples who are looking for a warm, personal wedding reception venue and a stress free wedding day!"

"We had our wedding on 26th August 2016, it flowed like clockwork. From the point of booking to the build-up, not once was any question left unanswered and promptly at that.  The flexibility to create the wedding we wanted was incredible. Essentially, whatever we needed or wanted to have, it was arranged without question, even better with loads of enthusiasm. Thank you Barbara!!! :) The food was second to none. All our guests said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We had a second day hog roast, which went down a treat, from the food to the theatre of the hog, to the service at amazing value. The  service was flawless all the time, there was nothing that couldn't be done with ease and with loads of smiles! At this point, we need to mention Aaron, who we just think is AMAZING!! We and our guests had the most wonderful weekend, full of fun and laughs. We never worried once as we were in the best and most caring hands of the Bellinter team. Thank you so much for everything!!! X"

Every time we’ve eaten in Marlfield, including our wedding dinner, the food has been amazing. "On the 3rd of November 2016, we arrived to the Millhouse for our wedding day. From the very first time we visited the Millhouse to the day of our wedding we encountered the most helpful and professional staff. We had a winter wedding and could never have imagined how beautiful the venue would look at this time of year. We had the best of both worlds. The mill where we married was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The house was extremely cosy with fires lit and candles everywhere. The pavillion was beautiful in the crisp winter night. The grounds were like something you would see in the movies!! From first glance you could see how well managed the grounds are, beautiful for day light pictures! The real treat was in the evening, pictures at dusk and when darkness fell are some of the most beautiful pictures of our wedding day. The trees were draped in the most beautiful lights. The meal was enjoyed by everyone and the service was excellent. The rooms for guests and the bridal party were elegant. So much more I could commend!"
